Your role as a DevOps engineer - helping to shape our spin-off 

As our DevOps engineer, you will design and implement the cloud application of our innovative software solution, which uses AI to analyze point clouds from LiDAR scans. You willmake a significant contribution to the DevOps of our machine learning projects and play a central role in the further development of our application. Together with our team of software and ML engineers, you will make important technological decisions and implement them successfully. 

  

Your Responsibilities 

  • Design and build our continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools for delivering our LiDAR technology services 

  • Maintain and further improve CI/CD tools to ensure smooth delivery of new releases 

  • Actively participate in technical discussions and make design decisions, especially regarding architecture 

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and experts and support of your colleagues 

  

Your Profile 

 The following will help you to succeed 

  • Technical degree in software engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or similar 

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as Cloud and Dev-Ops Engineer using Kubernetes 

  • Experience working with cloud computing infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP) 

  • Profound knowledge of container technologies (docker, docker compose) 

  • Knowledge of software development best practices and scripting languages 

  • Enthusiasm for getting to know new technologies and questioning the status quo 

  • Proficiency in German (written and spoken) 

  

Ways to stand out 

  • Experience with ArgoCD or similar 

  • Experience with Terraform 

  • Experience with monitoring and logging (Grafana, Loki)

Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obliged to point out the collectively agreed minimum salary of 3.077 € for this job offer. Your starting salary will be based on your qualifications and position-relevant professional experience. We are open to overpayments. This position is open for applications in Vienna and Linz.
