Virtual store management with real-time data

Task: Ikea hired qapture to create a digital construction documentation for the new, pioneering Ikea store at Wien Westbahnhof (Viennese train station), which is now also being used for the store's operations. 

In 2021, qapture implemented a virtual twin for Ikea, which is now used to operate and manage the spaces digitally from the headquarters in Sweden. Thanks to the virtual walkthrough, the responsible employees no longer have to travel to the store, but can perform space management via remote access.
