BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator (m/f/d)

qapture is an innovative company specializing in Digital Twins and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Your tasks

As a BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for

Tasks in demanding projects in building construction and infrastructure:

  • Creation and further development of AIA, BAP and BIM processing strategies

  • Control and coordination of specialist models (openBIM / IFC-based)

  • Carrying out model tests (e.g. with Solibri)

  • Organization and moderation of coordination and project meetings

  • Definition and verification of information requirements (IDS)

  • Support with CDE structures and data management

  • Advising clients and project teams on BIM processes and standards

Depending on your experience, you will take on project responsibility or play an operational role in coordination.

Your qualifications and strengths

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in the planning, execution or consulting of BIM projects

  • Sound knowledge of openBIM (IFC, BCF, ideally IDS)

  • Confident handling of common BIM tools (e.g. Solibri, BIMcollab, Revit, Archicad or similar)

  • Structured, independent way of working

  • Strong communication skills in dealing with planners, clients and authorities

  • Interest in process optimization and strategic development
