As a Marketing Allrounder at qapture, you are right in the middle of the action. You don’t just execute marketing tasks – you think along, develop ideas and bring them to life. You will be onboarded and trained by our Head of Marketing and receive a structured introduction to our brand, tools and processes.
From content and social media to campaigns and lead generation, you ensure that qapture is visible, relevant and perceived as a strong brand.
You enjoy working independently, being the creative mind behind new content formats and storytelling ideas and living our brand tone of voice (bold, confident and a bit cheeky) across all channels.
Content & Storytelling: Create copy and content for website, social media, newsletters, case studies and sales materials
Visuals & short videos: Create graphics, visuals and short videos for social media, website, presentations and campaigns (e.g. reels, infographics)
Social Media & Community: Manage channels, plan and publish content and actively engage with the community
Campaigns & Lead Generation: Execute lead magnets and campaigns, support and optimize paid ads (e.g. LinkedIn and Google)
Analysis & Optimization: Measure performance, derive insights and continuously improve content and campaigns
Teamwork: Work closely with Sales, Management and Business Units
Experience & Know-How
Confident use of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
First experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
Solid understanding of social media, content creation and campaign work
Hands-on knowledge of inbound marketing, not just theory
Skills & personality
Strong, clear writing with attitude (not generic, not boring)
Ability to tailor content to target audiences with a good sense for tone of voice
Visual mindset with a strong feeling for design and brand impact
Independent, structured working style with a strong execution mindset
Curious, fast learner with an interest in tech topics
Confident communicator who gets things done without overcomplicating
Nice to have
Experience with tools like HubSpot, WordPress or similar
Basic understanding of performance marketing (paid social, Google Ads, funnels)
Experience in event organization and a good sense of what matters
Degree or training in marketing, communication, media or comparable practical experience
